Together as real estate agents in the Bay Area, we have combined 33+ years of experience. Jaime started her career in residential real estate and Julie started hers in commercial real estate. We have negotiated hundreds of contracts over the years. Being honest and fair plus good people to do business with has created a sense of loyalty and respect with our clients.
What are the benefits of working as a team?
Putting deals together is often complex and we benefit from the creativity and synergy that working on a team brings us. Working as a team also allows us to cover more ground. We can better serve our clients in the Bay Area.
What does it take to be an outstanding agent?
We have a passion for our client’s best interest. And we always strive to go above and beyond. We are both straight-forward communicators. As a team, we take pride in offering our sincere thoughts and opinions. We not comfortable acquiescing to what we think our clients would like to hear.
How do you best help your clients?
We are both extremely driven to help our real estate clients realize the results they are after. For buyers – this often means finding them off market opportunities. Our buyers are never limited to what is in the MLS. It can be an overwhelming process. We take pride in taking care of everything for our sellers, from preparing their property to best showcase their home to marketing to negotiating in order to maximize their profits.
